To get a musician or group list, just set the subarea, then press Get or Add to Musician List. To add yourself to the list, first get the list for the subregion you want, then follow the appropriate "add" link.
A subregion is a moderately large area that musicians would be willing to travel within to get to a rehearsal, such as New York City, the western suburbs of London, or central Montana.
